We activated business function LOG_EAM_CI_7 to print work orders in TECO and CLOSED status, but when I am trying to print CLOSED/TECOed work orders, I am receiving an runtime error RAISE_EXCEPTION. its totally random, I am able to print some work orders with out any runtime error. Please let me know if there is any note related to this error. Thanks

Thanks for your advice. And I am also thinking in a way the way you present to me . But the material which I am using is the non-stock material. then unless it is issued it is outstanding against reservation. so in this case also your above suggestion remain the same or you want to add something into it.

ii. Why notification need to be created why not directly create maintenance order ?
iii. If a small work need to be done then should be create a notification for that ?
iv. What benifities will be getting from creation of notification ?
v. What are the reports availability for maintenance notification ?
2. Maintenance order.

We are looking to use the “System Condition” field in the work orders to identify if the technical object should be in which state ("not in operation" or "in operation").
Please let me know that “System Condition” field in the maintenance item drive any other functionality other than update the “System Condition” field in the work order?
And if there is any standard report that allow retrieving of Maintenance Item# based on “System Condition”?

Hi Kotagiri,
There is no difference in the system condition between order and Task list header. System condition is not available based on maintenance item.
If you have assigned in the Task list, same will be captured when you create the order.
For reports, you can default reports IW38 / IA09
For additional reference
System Condition is not picked from TL while ge... | SCN

Hello Team,
I have configured WCM with Enhanced Model Functionality with necessary settings and follow the below procedure:
1.Created PM order with WCM control key in operation as result status changed to WCM.
2.Selected Application in Valuation (Push Button)
3.Created Work Approval,Work Application and Operation WCD with required permits.
4.Assigned Order-->Work Approval--> Work Application-->Operation WCD
5.After that saved the order .
My Question:After this all setting still I am able to Release the order .Ideally it should restrict the order release status as this is main functionality of WCM.
Please let me know where i am missing any step or configuration settings.

Scheduling period: 5/YR
Scheduling indicator: Time - Key date
Cycle start date: 2013-01-01
last planned date: 2015-01-01 (Completed)
Next planned date: 2016-01-01 (as per cycle unit) - Please note that due date is passed but call did not happened!!!
Factory calendar : 2020(valid up to)
When I execute TCode IP30 and schedule maint plan 1234567890 is giving me an error "Date 2021-01-201 is after the end date of factory calendar YG; maint plan 1234567890
Question:
1. When I have given scheduling period 5YR why its going beyond 2020?
2. How to fix this issue? Factory calendar is valid up to 2020 but I am wondering why its going till 2021?
Note: When I change the scheduling indicator to "Time" its working as expected but I need this to be worked with "Time- key date" indicator

I do not use the difference field, but the total counter reading at the time. I attempt it only once (using a spreadsheet upload) and it saves it. I enter about 125 at the same time, and this one has been giving me the error.
