Table name in which Maintenance order print updation

Hi,

 

We have a requirement from business asking like when they take print of maintenance order more than Once a text " Repeat the print. Specify the reason and signature" to be printed on the print form. Wanted to know in which table config can be made to achieve this requirement.

 

bascically wanted to know the table in which the data will be updated when we take a print of the order.

 

Please let me know.

Sir ,

Why don't you write a full blog on Logbook . Because this feature is rarely used by plant maintenance guys. Although it is meant for shifts , real use case is not yet known as notifications and list reports are always there to extract transactions happened during any time.

I have connectivity issues these days. Struggling to reply to your comment since last half hour. However, what I wanted to say is:

You are very right. But this falls outside the line which I can share in full depth. So I share only outlines (ideas) for such things like the present one.

It is all about innovative thinking and exploring things through SCN while developing such solutions keeping focus at end-user-friendly applications.

CM25 Information Pop-up

I am getting this Information Pop-up when trying to execute CM25.  (In the evaluation period no labor has been assigned to the capacity)  When I click the green check, it will run, but it will not display any of my resources from my work center.  If I run this in our quality client, where I have SAP_ALL, it is fine.  Guessing this is an authorization issue.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi Kiran,

 

In IMG for PM Order please check Print Control, where you will get Program name and Form Used for PM order print.

 

Now ABAPer should be able to change the FORM to accommodate your requirement.

Multiple Counter

Need to use multiple counter for

 

Every 100 hours

Every 1 Month

Created Cycle set used in Maintenance Plan (IP43)

 

1 .For the above created Characteristics Hourly and Month.

2. Then Create measuring point for both Hourly and Month

3. Did initial Entries for both measuring point

         5 Hours

         1 Month

4. Schedule the call IP10.

 

5. IP30 Order get generated on the basis of Month Next i tried to create order on the basis of Hours and created document up to 200 Hrs but order not get generated..

 

Please let me know the issue..or explain step by step to take ......

Dear,

 

The purpose of cost center in WORK CENTER is to capture the "Activity type " cost which we are using for internal work centers like Skilled ,semi skilled and helper etc..and this can be achieved using secondary cost element.

 

Controlling department by month end they will distribute the cost of activity types to other production cost centers based on percentage maintained in ASSESSMENT cycles

 

This settings will be done by CO department as per their calculation of distributing the activity cost in respective controlling area.

 

The labour cost can be viewed in Report S_ALR_87013611.as per cost center maintained in WORKCENTER.


Where as cost at the time of settlement using KO88 is settled to cost center maintained in technical objcets.

IW37N operations to planning board

Hello Experts

 

I need your help on Capacity Levelling configuration.

 

We have configured the system such the the operations are pull to planning board from IW37N

User goes to IW37N - gives his specific criteria and executes.

After executing, he pulls them to planning board.

 

When user runs IW37N - the orders and operations are getting generated as per the selection criteria specified in IW37N (Say for example, selected based on a specific operation user status).

When the data is pulled to planning board, we observe that all operations in the order are pulled up.

Say, one order has 3 operations out of which 2 have user status RTS (ready to schedule) and one doesnt have. In IW37N report - we see only 2 operations  -which is correct

 

but when same data is pulled to planning from IW37N - all 3 operations appear in planning board - this is NOT the requirement?

Why is it behaving like this?

 

Any Ideas.....Please help...its urgent!

GI to WO at price different from inventory price

Has anyone ever put in a process where a goods issue to a work order (MIGO 261) comes in to the order at a different price than what is on the accounting tab of the material master?

 

For example if a material has a moving average price of $15, but when we issue it to an order we want to bring it in at the last purchase price (for example) of $20?

 

If so, how was it implemented and how were the price variances handled?

you may use classification at the notification item level and it will give you a flexibility to add as many fields as you want. The main difference from the catalogs/codes is you will not be able to assign the notification class and characteristics values to a technical object. In other words, the values you will use will be independent from the technical objects assigned to notification.

Iteam wise cost in plant maintenance order.

Dear Gurus,

In maintenance order(IW31) ,in component tab we will add some items buts cost is not showing.its shows only overall cost in cost overview tab.

Please tel me how to see the iteam wise cost for maintenance order.plz tel me any t.code.or any other posibality to get the iteam wise cost for maintenace order...and if there any configuration setting has to be done..

VINAY,

There are two things to reply.

 

1. On your specific requirement:

This can not be done because you can not often do it especially in an internal screen of a standard program like the present one.

 

2. On the requirement of your Customer

I myself am an end-user. End user will have several such requirements that is natural, but they need to be made aware that such things are not possible in standard transactions especially internal screens. Before that a Functional consultant also needs to be aware of how much customization is possible through enhancements in standard screens and where.

In case the customer presses for such requirements, then it is a big one in development which can be conceived like:

Giving a screen to Customer to create an Order with all the Header details to be filled up in one block. Another block of the same will have operation details. and another will have Components like screen where you can have the Cost field and/or Total cost field also which will automatically be filled upon entry of component and Qty .

 

And a CREATE button, which creates an Order. (I need not specially mention that the created Order will be like the standard one)

 

OR

 

First create an Order with standard transaction, then have a simpler screen described above with only Order number, Operation number and Component details and Cost fields. And then an UPDATE button.

 

I'm sure you will not be going for a development. This is just to make you aware of how the things usually are here.

Dear Gurus,

 

Once maintenance order released, user wants to make the changes in the quantity and he want to add new material as new line item, in both the cases customer wants to trigger the release stratergy by revoking the system status.
