Hi Pankaj,
Have you completed the ETM data in transaction VD02 for that receipient?
You have the usual customer data and you have a button (ETM Data) that will take you to ETM basic data and ETM allocation data.

Just to confirm, are you using Cycle Sets, or a Multi-Counter plan

Hi Pete,
Yes u r right..It is basic multiple counter plan only....not cycle set...it was written wrongly as cycle set.....

Cycle Sets will be used in Multiple Counter Plan.
You created Measuring Point with Annual Estimate as 12000 KM i.e., 1000 KM per month. Today, you updated 3000 KM. Maintenance Plan has been created with 6000 KM or 6 months.
As per the calculation, vehicle may reach 6000 KM in another 3 months (as per your annual estimate). Even though, you keep vehicle idle, you have to update Measurement document with Zero value. So system will check only measurement document & it will avoid annual estimate.
Also try to keep your Annual Estimate as low as possible i.e., 1 KM. So system will not consider that all.
Please refer my message.
Please Note: I have posted this in the BW forum as well..
Hello -
Background : Plant Maintenance in ECC has a System Status and a User Status at the Order Head Level.
The questions are related to USER STATUS and not System Status
Questions:
1. Has anyone got examples of type of BW reports developed using the 'User Status' Field'. The reports could be operational or a KPI
2. Has anyone ever used User Status in reporting on Work Order Backlog.
If so:
- What was the need to use User Status (vs. some combinaiton of Order Type, System Status, PM Activity Type)
- Since there can be multiple user statuses at the same time on the Work Order, what did the Selection Screen look like
THANKS IN ADVANCE

Sebastian,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, You got it correct, but what do you mean by 'two concurrent maintenance plans' ?
In my strategy, I have used unit as 'Days'.

I have created a fleet object with IE31, created a measurement point (position PAM) and I have created a demand notification (Type MF). I have created the reservation on the planning board (PAM03). I know want to issue the vehicle to the demand and then I get the PAMS117 error. Any idea why?
Help will be appreciated
Do you need this to be a Strategy plan?
One option I see is to create two identical single-cycle plans, one with a cycle of 7 days and other with 30 days. You can then assign the Task Lists with the appropriate operations, and schedule those plans from the same Start of Cycle. In that case, you would get the call horizon you wanted. But this option does not allow you to use a Strategy or Package Hierarchy.
Ya, that is what I was afraid of . anyways, that is one of good alternate to strategy based solution.
But, I was wondering if same thing could be achieved for strategy based maintenance plans. Is there any user exit or same thing available to achieve the same?
Lucky
This is one great limitation in SAP strategy-based planned maintenance in that the system uses the smallest package used in the plan as a basis for the call horizon/call date calculation.
You could use user-exits/BADI's to adjust the dates if required.
I believe EHP6 may also have some changes - can someone confirm please..

Even in Operation confirmation, you can only give one reason for variance. You can not capture variance reason hrs....I will use enhancement tab for this.

Thanks for your valuable inputs...
Can you please give more inputs regarding, how to track the status of list of delivered technical objects and list of undelivered... Any standard reports??
Thanks & Regards,
Thank you. We accomplished what we needed by using this exit in combination with a Z-table.
Hi,
Please check that your measuring position PAM is defined in the customizing:
> Settings for Fleet Management > Define Special Measurement Positions for Fleet Objects
The measuring position missing from there is usually the reason for PAMS117 error.

Hi PM Experts,
In our scenario, We are changing the COA structure at FICO, and as to CC , My question is if for PM order CC reflecting in settlement rule , and already posting and settlement happened , and now we want to change the CC in settlement rule.
How can we change this, This is related existing data which we need to change during cut-over,
Please let me know if any suggestion or ideas.
Regards,
Riyaj
Thats what my question is. there are few assemblies too which are to be changed after sometimes. At that time how we will procure it
Hi Yogesh,
Any possibility to check it within an order,,, without accessing other t-codes....?
Many equipments sent for repair through single order....
Checked all the config steps suggested and they all fine. I am going to work with distance-relevant for know (still in development). I need to resolve the repair orders not showing yet and then I will relook the measurement points.
