Re: Creating maintenance order using pm02 control key

If you don't want to track the goods movement of motor, follow this process.

1. Equipment should have been created
2. Create PM Order
3. Mention PM02 control key
4. PR will be generated automatically
5. Create PO from PR
6. Do GR once you receive the motor back
7. Do TECO, Settlement & Business Completion

If you want to track goods movement---

1. Create Serial Number Profile in Configuration (many threads available on this)
2. Create Material Master for motor using Material type as Assembly
3. Assign the serial number profile
4. Configure Split valuation to capture different states of motor (new, defect, refurbish)
5. Stock will be increased while purchasing new motor
6. Installation will reduce the stock
7. Dismantling will increase the stock again (to do the repair)
8. Create Refurbishment order in IW81
9. Assign the material & do goods issue
10. Once motor is received, do GR in IW8W
11. Then TECO, Settlement & Business Completion
