We have ran into an issue whereby a user went in to change a Task List with an externally processed service (Control Key PM03) Operation and amended the service package & saved. However, if we subsequently attempt to access (change, display etc.) the same Task List Operation screen, this causes a short dump. Further examination has shown that for an Operation in the field PLPO-ARBEI a negative value was saved, and this prevents the field from being rendered properly as it doesn'a allow a negative value. If this same Task List is copied in IA05, it saves properly.
Normally attempting to input negative work causes a Message no. 00126 "Specify positive values only", and hence this is not expected by the system. Do you know what could be the root cause of this issue and any solution (e.g. a standard report to repair records in PLPO)? Note 455420 - Changes for external service operations is not applicable, as it is well beneath our patch level.
