once you create the service agreement or contract, using IP50 you can create the Maintenance Plan with Maintenance Plan category as your confiured
In the maintenance Plan category, you can use the call object as SERVICE ENTRY SHEET
in the Maintenance Plan creation you will set how and when the service entry sheet to be generated such as Call object date, plan date and time till when the service entry should be generated
automatically based on the call object, and plan date a service entry sheet will be triggered on due date
Step:-
Service Master
Service agreement / AMC
create maintenance Plan in IP50 using Service agreement as per config
Service entry will be generated automatically on due date
