Take a help from ABAPer to debug . I think QA32 program do not handle notification completion and that was a reason I ask to check without notification. I am not sure on this so double check with experts or wait till you get response.(
I do not have system to run this scenario.)
You can also TECO order manually where notification will complete automatically and then follow rest of the steps. Search forum for steps to perform in calibration process.
