As per SAP PM Enterprise structure, for the new company code, you will be defining new Maintenance Plant. So change the Maintenance Plant in Location tab so that Company code will be changed automatically based on assignment in Enterprise Structure Configuration.
Even from IE05, you can do Mass Change of Maintenance Plant using menu Go to - Carry Out Mass Change after executing the report. Not required to do it individually in IE02.
