MCIZ report works based on Counter. If you maintain KM as Measuring Point, this can't be captured.
In your screen shot, you have marked some values (KM). Is that total KM or difference between new & old value??
If its total KM reading, then you can mention that in Counter Reading. If its difference, then mention that in Difference field. Bring that field in report to see the KM reading exactly.
But without counter, you can never achieve in standard. You can have development to do many things including this.
