I want you to focus on the Entry-list part.
If you have better ideas of scheduling or reminders inside/outside SAP you can adopt that. And do-away with the Plan idea given above.
Also I repeat, you have 2 recommended options for Mass uploading
- IK34 standard (Entry-list way)
- BDC program through Excel template. (12 Excel templates named after different groups)
(In thus case you need not create Entry-lists)
The Scheduling and reminding method will be there for any of these options you choose.
