Hi Experts,
I am facing a problem I have configuring Priorities in Notification.
- I have configured Priorities type for notification and assigned to notification.
- Configured response monitoring.
- Assign same Priorities to maintenance order.
- Configured Notification and order integrations.
Now when I am creating notification ,priorities are working fine & end time is displaying accordingly.
But when I am creating Maintenance order through the notification, all notification relevant data is reflecting in maintenance order except priority.
In maintenance order notification field is coming blank. Although similar priority set (notification's) is displaying in F4 help for Priority field in Maintenance order.
Please let me know where I am missing.
