Authorization workcenter wise

Is there any chance to make authorization  for equipment using work center and SAP ID.

For Example :

Equipment = DG

    ID          Work Center

1. Arjun  ->   ELE

2.Prakash ->  MEC

Both can use Same equipment but Arjun can't access MEC work center and similar for Prakash can't access ELE work center.
