SAP Note 942691 Charaterstics change document

Hi Experts,

My business require to maintain change document for Equipment charaterstics and we have done all configuration setting multiple object allowed in SPRO and implemented SAP Note  480673 as well which is for message CL850 but when we run the report RCCLUKA2 as per note 942691 report does not show any out put and give an error "No physical file name defined for RCCLUKA2_KSSK" see screen shot below :

Can any body suggest me it is ABAP issue or authorization issue with BASIS ?
