As per the best practice document, C.26 the item category is copied from standard sales item category in service document(srvs) copied to yrvs, the same item category is configured in the SAP ECC side.
Yes I have also made the setting in the item category in ECC as relevant for delivery in the sap ecc side
I need to know do I need to do the Service Confirmation in SAP CRM post creating the service order because as per the post below you need to make enhancements if the service order needs to get delivered and pgi done in sap ecc.
