OCI connection with PM order - Field NEW_ITEM-LONGTEXT_1:132 not pulling in

Hi All,

I'm facing an issue with our OCI connection (external catalogs) with the field NEW_ITEM-LONGTEXT_1:132.

This field contains important longtexts which need to be copied into the PM order Component text!

We can see that the vendor sends this field correctly in his/her OCI setup (This field is pulling in correctly in SAP SRM):

<PM Order issue 02.png>

However, the content is not posted into the component text field in a PM order.

We have the following customizing settings maintained for this specific field:

Menu: Maintenance and Service Processing > Maintenance and Service Orders > Interface for Procurement Using Catalogs (OCI) >  Convert HTML fields to SAP fields

PM Order issue 03.png
<PM Order issue 03.png>

Is this setting correct?

According to the SE11 structure RIHFCOM_XL, TLINE is the one I should choose:

PM Order issue 04.png

Or do I need to choose a lower level, TDLINE:

PM Order issue 05.png

(I've tried both, but no luck)

Next we also have the option to setup the customizing for Define Conversion Modules?

Here you can setup:

IOCI_LONGTEXT_W

Copying of the catalog long text
  to the material long text or the service

  long text

I'm not completely sure if this is the one to use for OCI mapping?

I've tried filling this, but still no texts are pulling in.

Maybe it could have to do with the fact that after selecting a material from the external catalog, all data is posted to the following pop-up:

PM Order issue 06.png

As you can see in this pop-up there's no field available for longtexts. Maybe it's just not possible?

All help is very welcome!

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Ruud
