I think it is depending to how the maintenence will be set up. In (2) and (7) the value of Meas doc is inside/outside certain limits and activities must be taken in (2) but not (7).
1: Reading of Meas doc triggers maint activities. This case will be set up in maint-plan in a special strategy (spec designed for meas doc) using meas doc in the plan.
Example: Regular service every 1000th run hour. The meas doc (run hours) triggers main activities.
2: Reading of Meas doc is outside limits and activities must be taken. = A work order(s) is created manually in SAP by user.
7: Reading of Meas doc is inside limits. = No activities are taken.
