I understand that there is missing config for this order type

Check

SPRO->PM&CS->Maint & Service processing -> Maint & Sercice orders -> assign order type to plants

Also check

-SPRO->PM&CS-> Maint & Service Processing -> Maint & Service orders -> Completion Confirmation -> define parameters
