Scott,
Once the system has "called" an order from a plan, it will not call it a 2nd time.
The difference in duration of the jobs could be because the system was heavily loaded at the time, or because the IP30 parameters were different. It can also be caused by customer-specific developments when creating the order/notif.
With respect to call 123, check the TECO date from the Action Log because this is what is used to update the plan data (not confirmation dates).
