That is definitely an alternative, but not easliy acceptable because of the field names.
Again, it is a matter of reopening and updating thousands of completed notifications.
In the same lines of your recommendations, most of our users put the actual values in ReqdStart/End fields only, from where we calculate the duration through developments.
But few users question the very purpose of these fields as the names indicate and use them for their plan target dates. So such are the lines show wrong calcuations, and hence present query.
