Re: Skipping historic Maintenance plan call objects created by IP10 scheduling

  1. If the orders are not getting released immediately after creation, you can use Do not Execute option to close the historical / unwanted orders. Then you can archive those unwanted orders to remove permanently from SAP list.
  2. As mentioned already, scheduling happens based on start date mentioned. So its not possible to eliminate past dated orders without changing start date. So you should use the option mentioned in Point 1.
  3. If the call object status is Hold, then you have the option of skip in IP10 / IP19 (simulation). As the status is save to call for all past dated orders, point 1 is only applicable.
  4. Completion Requirement option will be done in IP02 / IP01. This is to restrict subsequent order creation if the previous order is still open (TECO not done). By which, you can control creation of unwanted orders.
