now my requirement is to get release order automaticaly on desired date11.01.2013 (after 250hrs. of last completed order on 13.09.2012).

Mr. Peter, regulatory agency as a partner type have many department as business partner so we can not define equipment specific partner.
User exit provided by Mr. Yogesh will solve our purpose.

Since the WO due for around 11.01.2013 is already generated. If you just set the Basic Start Date of the generated WO to 11.01.2013. As 'Completion required' is checked. The system will not generate the next WO before the WO is completed. just a guess, I havent tried myself...

Yes I did check the Work Center and it does have the correct Factory Calendar assigned. I'm not sure what you are referring to by Plant (SPRO)? Maybe I don't have this setting correct. Where do I go in SPRO to check this?

Hi Janardhanan,
I have configured and set up shift Notes and Reports. Enabling the Business Function actually adds 2 new additional fields (Note type & Report type) on the equipment master / Functional location / Work center general data screen.
These fields would be new to users. Other than this there is no other impact on existing functionalities.
Also once this business function is activated it cannot be reverted.

How to detect that a maintenance plan execution has stopped
Hello,
We have thousands of maintenance plan executing everyday and a few maintenance plan may stop executing and creating preventive notifications due to different reasons (calendar is not available, the daily job has not executed...)
For this reason, we want to know how we can detect that any maintenance plan execution has stopped.

No. There is no SAP Standard workflow for your Business Scenario. Please take a look at the link below which gives you a list of all the SAP Standard Workflows. For your scenario, you will have to create your own custom workflow or do some development. Talk to your ABAPer and he should be able to help.

Check the table JEST by passing OBJNR.
Pass AUFNR in AUFK table to get OBJNR value.
TECO Status number is I0045
Business Completion is I0046
For change log (like date, used id & time), you can refer JCDS table.

Question regarding field missing in IW32 T-code of SAP PM.
While running the transaction IW31 and IW32, in the Operation Column tab, there is a column named Enhancement.
When we click on Enhancement tab another screen comes where I found Requirement Assignment tab.But I am not able to see the same Requirement Assignment tab.
Can anybody suggest me why it is not coming asap?
